Please read these terms carefully before using CVBuildr. Updated to comply with payment gateway requirements and e-commerce laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CVBuildr, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CVBuildr provides AI-powered tools for creating, editing, and formatting Resumes (CVs) and cover letters. The service is initially targeted at the Egyptian market with global expansion capabilities.

3. Payment & Subscription Policy

  • The platform operates on a "Coin" system for paying for services (e.g., CV generation or AI edits).
  • We accept payments through secure and certified payment gateways such as Paymob and Kashier (and soon Stripe and PayPal).
  • All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or local currency when available, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment data is securely processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our services, payments for Coins or subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the service has been used. However, if you experience technical issues preventing the use of purchased Coins, please contact support within 48 hours of purchase for investigation and potential refund or credit.

5. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity or terms violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, and designs are the exclusive property of CVBuildr. You retain ownership of the personal data and resume content you input, granting us a temporary license to process it to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer

We provide tools to enhance your resume, but we do not guarantee job placements or interviews. The final outcome depends on the quality of your provided information and the employer's requirements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
